BARTHOLETTI LAW APC

Victor has practiced law for over 35 years, specializing in business, real estate, trust, and probate litigation, as well as trust & estate planning and trust administration.  For the last 25 years, he has worked as a sole practitioner under the "Law Offices of Victor M. Bartholetti."  With the addition of his son, Thomas, the firm will now be known as "BARTHOLETTI LAW APC."

Victor is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he received both his Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern and Southern Districts of California, as well as the United States Supreme Court.  

Victor is married to Anne, who is also an estate planning lawyer with her own practice and over 35 years of experience.    

Victor served for ten years on the Board of Directors of the Southern California Golf Association’s charitable foundation which promotes youth golf and development, particularly in under-served communities. 

When they are not working or playing golf, Victor and Anne volunteer with UCLA’s Operation Mend program, which provides no-cost medical and psychological care to our nation’s wounded military veterans and their families.  For more on the work that Operation Mend does, please see:   https://www.uclahealth.org/programs/operationmend
