Victor M. Bartholetti, Esq.
Victor has practiced law for over 30 years, specializing in business, real estate, trust, and probate litigation, as well as trust & estate planning and trust administration. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he received both his Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degree. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern and Southern Districts of California, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
Victor is married to Anne, who is also an estate planning lawyer with her own practice and over 30 years of experience. Their son Thomas obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
Victor served for ten years on the Board of Directors of the Southern California Golf Association’s charitable foundation, which promotes youth golf and development, particularly in under-served communities.
When they are not working or playing golf, Victor and Anne volunteer with UCLA’s Operation Mend program, which provides no-cost medical and psychological care to our nation’s wounded military veterans and their families.
Thomas Bartholetti, Associate
Thomas obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, where he graduated cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He was also an Articles editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.
Prior to law school, Thomas obtained his Bachelor's from Emory University and worked as a political consultant.
